Shipping Conditions

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend, or on national holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

When Silva Shop ships an order, the customer will automatically receive an email with the tracking code for their order, so they can track it, or change the day and location of delivery, directly on the carrier's online platform.

Along with the order, the respective purchase invoice will be sent.

The price of shipping costs varies depending on the dimensions of the order (volume and weight) and the delivery address. (You can confirm prices when adding products to the cart.)
